This document explains which cookies and other browser storage novostavby-manelovice.cz uses, what each is for, how long it is kept and how to change or withdraw your consent at any time.
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They are sent back on your next visit, so the site can remember things like your chosen language. Local storage and session storage work in a similar way, except they stay in the browser and are never sent to the server.
On your first visit a banner appears in the bottom left corner with three choices: accept everything, reject, or open the detailed settings and pick individual categories.
Until you decide, every optional category is off and no analytics cookie is stored. We use Google's Consent Mode, so the measurement code is present on the page but stores nothing in your browser without consent and only sends an anonymous signal carrying no identifiers.
Rejecting is as easy as accepting: both buttons look and behave the same.
These keep the site running and cannot be switched off. They are stored without consent because the site would not work without them, and they are not used for analytics or profiling.

These are stored only with your consent. We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited. We want to know how many people visit, where they come from, which pages they read and whether they send an enquiry or tap a phone number.
We read the data in aggregate and make no attempt to link it to a named person. Google Analytics 4 never stores a full IP address. We keep the links to Google advertising products switched off and do not use the measurement for ad targeting.

The footer and the Contact page embed a map from Google. It loads together with the page, that is, outside the consent mechanism described above, and Google may store its own files in your browser and process your IP address under its own policies.
If you would rather it did not, block third party cookies in your browser settings or use an extension that blocks embedded content. The rest of the site will keep working.

Open the Cookie settings link in the site footer at any time, switch the categories and save. Once consent is withdrawn we delete the analytics files automatically.
Consent lasts 6 months. After that we ask again, as we do after any material change to what we process.
You can also clear stored files directly in your browser, usually under privacy and security settings. The same place lets you refuse cookies in advance. Note that blocking everything may limit how the site works, for example switching languages.
